Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Returns are possible only if product is damaged upon delivery.
Product Condition
If you received the product damaged/box damage or in any condition that it was not supposed to be, you are requested to contact 0712 38 38 38 immediately prior to accepting the product. Inability to do that, means you received the product in good & compact condition.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance on below provided number from 09 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 09am – 05.00 pm on Saturday
Transaction currency
All prices are mentioned in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs.) and you will be charged based on the prevailing exchange rate.
Transaction security
Your payments are going through a secure payment site operated by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC). Your card details will be securely transmitted to the Bank for transaction authorization using SSL 128bit encryption
